By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Consent Forms, and all studio policies.

1. Appointment Booking Agreement

By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

• You understand lash extension, lash lift, brow, PMU, and beauty services involve procedures performed near sensitive areas.

• You have provided accurate health information and disclosed all relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, medical conditions, and contraindications.

• You understand results vary between individuals due to natural hair growth, skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and biological factors.

• A non-refundable booking deposit is required for all service bookings

2. Client Eligibility & Contraindications

Wink Ink Studios reserves the right to refuse or modify services if a client presents with conditions that may increase risk, including but not limited to:

• Eye infections, conjunctivitis, styes, or active irritation

• Recent eye surgery

• Severe allergies or sensitivities

• Open wounds or skin conditions in the treatment area

• Certain medications affecting healing or sensitivity

• Pregnant or Breastfeeding

• Chemotherapy treatment

• Blood and Heart Disorder

• Immuno-compromised health conditions

• Any condition that may compromise safety

Client safety takes priority over completing a service.

3. Results Disclaimer

Beauty services are personalized and results are not guaranteed.

Clients acknowledge that:

• Lash retention varies based on natural lash cycle, oil production, lifestyle, skincare, hormones, and aftercare.

• PMU results vary depending on skin type, healing process, pigment retention, and individual response.

• Additional appointments may be required to achieve desired results.

Wink Ink Studios does not guarantee identical results shown in photographs, advertisements, or social media content.

4. No Guarantee / Warranty Disclaimer

Wink Ink Studios provides professional services with reasonable care and skill; however, no guarantee or warranty is provided regarding:

• Exact retention duration

• Complete satisfaction with subjective preferences

• Healing outcomes

• Colour retention

• Final appearance after healing

Due to the personal nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference when the service has been performed according to professional standards.

5. Refund Policy & Service Correction

Because services are customized and performed personally for each client:

• All service sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued after completion of a service.

• If a client experiences a legitimate service concern, they must contact Wink Ink Studios within [24/48/72 hours] with photos for review.

If a correction is deemed appropriate, Wink Ink Studios may offer a complimentary adjustment at its discretion.

The maximum remedy available to a client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service received.

6. Liability Release & Assumption of Risk

By booking services, the client acknowledges:

• They voluntarily choose to receive beauty services.

• They understand potential risks including irritation, allergic reaction, sensitivity, discomfort, infection, or unexpected results.

• They release and hold harmless Wink Ink Studios, its owner, contractors, and affiliated parties from claims arising from disclosed risks, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. Client Responsibility & Aftercare

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and retention.

Wink Ink Studios is not responsible for reduced retention, irritation, damage, or dissatisfaction caused by:

• Improper aftercare

• Picking, rubbing, pulling, or tampering

• Use of unsuitable products

• Failure to disclose relevant information

8. Photos, Videos & Marketing Consent

Clients may choose to provide consent for:

• Before and after photographs

• Videos

• Social media content

• Website galleries

• Marketing materials

Clients may withdraw future marketing permission by contacting Wink Ink Studios.

9. Privacy Policy & Client Records

Wink Ink Studios collects client information to:

• Provide safe services

• Maintain appointment records

• Communicate regarding bookings

• Maintain service history

10. Appointment Changes, Cancellations & No Shows

Clients agree to:

• Non-refundable deposit for appointment bookings

• Provide 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Arrive prepared and on time.

• Follow appointment preparation instructions.

Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in shortened services or cancellation with loss of deposit

11. Independent Business Operation

Wink Ink Studios operates as an independent sole proprietorship.

Although services may be performed within a rented studio space, Wink Ink Studios is responsible for its own:

• Client services

• Pricing

• Policies

• Records

• Payments

• Professional obligations

The rental location is not responsible for services provided by Wink Ink Studios unless otherwise stated.

12. Website Disclaimer

Information provided on this website, social media platforms, and marketing materials is for general informational purposes only.

Results, opinions, testimonials, and photographs represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wink Ink Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages resulting from services provided.

Client agrees that any claim against Wink Ink Studios shall be limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
