At Wink Ink Studios, client satisfaction and safety are important to us. We stand behind the quality of our work when services are performed under appropriate conditions and proper aftercare is followed.

Service Adjustment Period

If you experience concerns with your service, please contact us within:

48 hours of your appointment

with photos and a description of the concern.

Wink Ink Studios will assess the situation and determine whether an adjustment appointment is appropriate.

Complimentary Adjustments

A complimentary adjustment may be offered when:

• The concern is related to application technique

• The client has followed aftercare instructions

• The issue is reported within the warranty period

Adjustments do not include:

• Normal shedding

• Lifestyle-related changes

• Damage caused by picking, rubbing, pulling, or improper care

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities

• Changes requested after completion of service

• Dissatisfaction caused by unrealistic expectations when the service was performed as discussed

Refund Policy & Limitation of Remedy

Because beauty services are performed personally and cannot be returned or reused, Wink Ink Studios does not provide refunds based solely on a change of preference, personal expectation, or dissatisfaction after the service has been completed.

If Wink Ink Studios determines that a refund is appropriate, the maximum refund amount shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wink Ink Studios’ total liability for any claim related to services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for that service.
